DEMO 1 - Recruitment project setup
Scenario: a recruiter or an HR Manager wants to recruit and hire new key account managers. He is expecting to receive many applications and is therefore setting up the recruitment project and tools that will help him carry out a rapid and meaningful selection.
In the featured demo, you will see how an operator can set up a project, as well as the relevant tools for a multimedia interview. In the demo video you will see how to set up, in this order:
- the recruitment project description and parameters (title, position, deadline etc.)
- the questionnaire, made up of unlimited questions and their multiple choice weighted answers. This will allow you to automatically rank the applications
- the resume/CV format (2 standards – American and European, as well as customized one, with any kind and quantity of fields)

DEMO 2 - Candidate’s application process
Scenario: a potential candidate is interested in the vacancy he/she has just seen on a newspaper or a web portal. The candidate can apply for that position by using YouThruBiz and the code related to that position.
In the featured passage a potential candidate goes through the multimedia application process, answering the questions, filling in the custom resume/CV, undergoing the video interview, adding a cover letter and an attached file.
DEMO 3 - Managing the multimedia applications received
Scenario: several days have passed since the recruiter or HR Manager has published the vacancy on newspapers and job portals. A lot of multimedia applications have reached his YouThruBiz inbox. He wants to start to screening them quickly and easily to invite the people on his shortlist for a face to face interview.
He applies the several possible ordering filters, watches the interview of the best candidates, decides who to insert in the short list, assigns a personal grade and comment, shares it with other team members, etc.
