OVERVIEW

The dream of every recruiter: to be able to interview thousands of candidates based in distant locations in very little time, automatically collecting and filtering their applications, to carry out the final ranking, extracting the “selected few” to be called for an interview based on efficient multimedia resumes or CVs with audiovisual interviews. The entire process can be shared, if you wish, with a team of co-workers or even with your client. The maximum User Experience. Here it is: the new frontier in the field of human resources selection.

YouThruBiz is, in fact, an enterprise-class Rich Internet Application you can use to set up, submit, sort and archive multimedia job interviews. By using customized contents (text resume or CV + questionnaire + tagged videointerview + cover letter + attached file), YouThruBiz allows you to rapidly and effectively sort, filter and evaluate thousands of candidates, in order to shortlist those who are suitable and worth inviting for a complete face to face interview. YouThruBiz also makes the selection process more effective for candidates as it gives them the opportunity to highlight certain aspects of their personality and attitudes that cannot be adequately expressed by a textual resume.

How it works in 5 steps:

1. Access your account

Go to the access page (Company login) and type in your access data (which we e-mailed you following your request to activate a free trial or your subscription). There's no software to install and nothing to buy. All you need is a web browser with Adobe Flash Player.

2. Create a new recruitment project and customize your account

You can create a new recruitment project by choosing "Add new project" , and following four easy steps: insert project information, create a set of screening questions with the relevant multiple choice answers, choose a resume/CV format and set up the video interview chapters and duration.

You can also add additional recruiter profiles to co-manage the applications with them.

You can publish your company logo and customize your account information by using the "Edit company account" menu.

3. Get the project code or link, and publish it wherever you like

Once the recruitment project is complete, YouThruBiz creates a code and a URL that you can publish on job web portals, newspapers or your own company website (e.g. in the "work with us" section). For the same project, you may also create several links or codes; that will allow you to retrieve where each candidate's entry comes from, as you may publish a different code or link for every kind of media you used to advertize your vacancy.

4. Applicants go through the multimedia application process

By clicking the link to the project that you published on your company web site (or on the website or job ad portal that you have chosen), OR by typing in the code in the Candidate section of www.youthru.biz, the candidates who are interested in your vacancy will access the multimedia application process. They will answer the questions and the videointerview that you have set up, and will insert their resume or CV according to the template that you have chosen or created when you created the project. They will also add a cover letter and an attached file, if you have given them this permission in the first place.

5. Access the project, view the applications, evaluate, filter, and sort them  fast and easily

Access the projects in  the "select project" menu. The applications you have received are listed in the "inbox" panel; they can be sorted and ranked in different ways, thanks to all the available features, including an automatic sorting system based on the (weighted) answers that they answered to the screening questions.  All the authorized recruiters/operators can co-operate in the screening process. Your applicant's selections are then moved to the "shortlist" panel. The applicants who do not fit the specific profile but who you think would fit a future opportunity, can be tagged with keywords and moved into a general repository (archive) where an advanced search engine will later allow you to  retrieve them easily. It allows you to create your own  personal applicants' large database that you can access and quey whenever you want.
