You can automatically sort the candidates on the basis of their answers to the questionnaire

You can acquire information from your candidates in your preferred form (standardised resume or CV).
Each resume has searchable fields (see also “functions and workflow”)

You also have the option of setting a minimum and maximum duration for each section, or you can completely disable this tool.

You can listen to and watch each candidate on your computer screen, without inviting him/her for an actual face to face interview.
You can limit and control the length of the interview.

This feature allows you to store and later retrieve candidates for future vacancies (for example: candidates whose profile does not fit the current profile can be stored for a future project)
4. CANDIDATES ACCES THROUGH PROJECT CODE OR LINK

ADVANTAGES:
This feature allows you to monitor where the candidates learned about a particular vacancy (for example, via newspaper ads, web portals, internet job boards etc). Any one project will have one or more codes associated to it, according to which media is used to advertise the vacancy. By accessing the project you will be able to view all the applications and filter them by project code to see which advertising method is the most effective.
Also, you can provide candidates with access to the multimedia interview via your own company’s website
