You can setup both questions and multiple choice answers. You can also assign a weight to each answer. Questions and answers can be unlimited.

You can listen to and watch each candidate on your computer screen, without inviting him/her for an actual face to face interview.

You can limit and control the length of the interview.

You only have to setup the interview options for all candidates applying for that position once.

Additional tools for candidates to express themselves: presentation letter and attachment (optional)

The candidates can also use presentation letter, which is also a searchable (indexed) field. You can also give candidates the option of attaching an external file (doc, pdf, swf etc.) so that they can show examples of their work, certificates etc.

1. MULTI-USER OPERATIONS

You may create several user accounts, and grant specific permission levels and assignments for each user.

Several users can work on the same recruitment project, each contributing with his/her own evaluations, filters, comments, votes, within the limits of their permission levels.

Different recruitment projects can be followed by different users at the same time.

4. CANDIDATES ACCES THROUGH PROJECT CODE OR LINK


Different codes and links can be provided for a single project.

This feature allows you to monitor where the candidates learned about a particular vacancy (for example, via newspaper ads, web portals, internet job boards etc). Any one project will have one or more codes associated to it, according to which media is used to advertise the vacancy. By accessing the project you will be able to view all the applications and filter them by project code to see which advertising method is the most effective.

Also, you can provide candidates with access to the multimedia interview via your own company’s website
